Hands-On participation without attending the main program is allowed, but not recommended due to the lack of knowledge and information received during the main program sessions. Priority is given to participants attending the main symposium program. 

Official symposium language is ENGLISH. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Refunds and cancellations, alterations

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to Symposium Secretariat at and will be subject to the following conditions:


Due to the changed dates of the Symposium the new refund and cancellation policy has been introduced starting from 16 March 2020:  

  • Cancellations received by 30 April 2020 – full refund. 

  • Cancellations received from May 1, 2020 until  30 June 2020 – 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.

  • Registrations cancelled from 1 July 2020 will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be made within one month after the cancellation procedure is completed.
